Textiles, upholstery, floors, cars, gardens, commercial properties — Phoenix works wherever organic soiling is deeply embedded. Instructions, dosage, and all areas of application at a glance.
Mix 20 g of Phoenix granules in 250 ml of hot water (60–80°C), top up to 1 liter with cold water, apply, leave on for 5–30 minutes, wipe off. Phoenix offers four application methods: as cleaning water, in a sprayer, wet-on-wet, and in the washing machine. Enzymes Protease, amylase, and lipase break down organic substances at the molecular level.

Phoenix is always mixed with hot water. After that, there are four different methods depending on the problem and material. You choose the appropriate one—the enzyme potency remains the same in every case.
Ideal for cleaning large areas such as floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and work surfaces. Use like ordinary cleaning water and wipe.
Spray directly onto stains and odor sources. Ideal for upholstery, carpets, car seats, and spot treatment.
For deep-seated odors in absorbent materials. Thoroughly wet the material and leave to work for 24–48 hours. Do not allow to dry beforehand.
Pour Phoenix directly into the powder compartment or dissolve it before adding it to the main wash cycle. Wash at temperatures from 60°C. No pre-washing required.
Six categories, one cleaner. Phoenix works wherever organic soiling is deeply embedded — biologically, gently on materials, permanently.
Cat urine, dog odor, birdcage, terrarium. Enzymes break down uric acid crystals deep within the material.
Sofa, armchair, mattress, carpet. Not washable, but enzymatically deep-cleanable. Permanently eliminates odors.
Oil stains on paving stones, concrete, garage floors. Green growth, moss stains. Deeply cleaned enzymatically.
Incontinence products, dentures, bed linen, sportswear. Professional, reliable, and gentle on materials.
Dog odor, urine, vomit. Apply enzymes first, then use a wet vacuum. Suitable for cars to trucks.
Machine cleaning, degreasing, facades, solar panels, escalators. Available in bulk containers.
The standard Phoenix application in four steps. Works the same for all four application methods — you adjust the quantities and exposure times depending on the task.
Dissolve 20 g of Phoenix completely in 250 ml of hot water (60–80°C). Top up with cold water to 1 to 1.5 liters. The heat activates the enzymes.
Apply the solution to the soiling — wipe as cleaning water, spray on in spots using a sprayer, or thoroughly wet in case of deep odors.
5 to 30 minutes for normal soiling. 24 to 48 hours for stubborn odors. The enzymes need time to work—do not allow to dry beforehand.
Wipe clean, rinse, or vacuum with a wet vacuum cleaner. Odor and stain are permanently removed.
Phoenix is a concentrated granule solution and can be portioned precisely as needed. The standard Phoenix dosage is 20 g per 1 liter of water. The surfactants are ≥90% biodegradable according to OECD.
| Application | Phoenix quantity | Water | Special feature |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cleaning water (floors, surfaces) | 1 g | 1 liter | Use directly |
| Sprayer (upholstery, carpet) | 20 g | 1 liter | Max. 40°C in the sprayer |
| Wet-on-wet (24–48 hours) | 20 g | 1 liter | Leave to soak in, do not dry |
| Washing machine | 20 g | — | From 60°C, powder compartment |
| Targeted treatment | 5 g | 250 ml | Mix fresh |
| Cat urine (intensive) | 20 g fresh | 1 liter | Always mix fresh |
What is the difference between an enzyme cleaner like Phoenix and a classic surfactant cleaner from the drugstore? The six crucial points in a direct comparison.
| aspect | Phoenix Enzymreiniger | Classic cleaner |
|---|---|---|
| Operating principle | Enzymatic cleavage at the molecular level | Mechanical dissolution with surfactants |
| Odor treatment | Permanently breaks down odor molecules | Often masks with fragrance |
| Material protection | pH 8.5–9.0 mild | Often pH 11+ aggressive |
| Environmental impact | Surfactants ≥90% biodegradable (OECD) | Variable |
| reach | 20 g makes 1 liter of cleaner | 100% Liquid product |
| warehousing | 24 months dry | Usually liquid for 6–12 months |
