01 Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his or her commercial or self-employed professional activity.

02 Contracting parties, conclusion of contract, correction options

The purchase agreement is concluded with Klaus-Dieter Schmidt, Consulting & Sales Service Schmidt.

By placing products in our online shop, we are making a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after submitting your order.

03 Contract language, contract text storage

The language available for concluding the contract is German.

04 Delivery terms

4.1 Shipping costs

In addition to the prices shown, standard shipping costs will apply. These costs depend on the weight of the respective product:

Up to 60 g: 2.00 Euro · 60 g to 250 g: 5.50 Euro · 250 g to 2 kg: 7.00 Euro · 2 to 5 kg: 11.90 Euro · 5 to 10 kg: 15.90 Euro · 10 to 20 kg: 24.90 Euro · 20 to 31.5 kg: 34.90 Euro.

Further details regarding shipping weight can be found in the respective offers.

4.2 Delivery options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. Delivery to parcel lockers is possible. We only deliver via shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

05 Prices and Payment

Note regarding VAT: As a small business within the meaning of § 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG), we do not charge or show VAT. The prices quoted are final prices.

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.

Prepayment / Bank transfer

If you choose payment in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

credit card

During the ordering process, you will enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after you submit your order.

SEPA Direct Debit

By placing your order, you are granting us or our payment service provider a SEPA direct debit mandate. You will be informed of the debit date (so-called pre-notification). The debit will be processed after you place your order, but no earlier than the end of the pre-notification period.

PayPal

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be processed by PayPal immediately after you place your order. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria within their customer account. However, we have no influence over the availability of these options; any further individually offered payment methods govern your legal relationship with PayPal. You can find more information about this in your PayPal account.

Klarna / Instant

In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna (Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden), we offer payment via instant bank transfer. The data required for payment processing will be transmitted to Klarna. Klarna's terms and conditions apply.

Amazon Pay

When selecting Amazon Pay as your payment method, payment processing is handled by Amazon Payments Europe SCA, 38 avenue JF Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. You will be guided through the order process using your payment and shipping information stored with Amazon. Your account will be charged immediately after you place your order.

Cash on delivery

You pay the purchase price upon delivery of the goods by the courier. Additional cash-on-delivery fees may apply, which will be shown separately.

Purchase on account

If offered, you pay the purchase price after receiving the goods and the invoice within the period stated therein by bank transfer to our account. Purchase on account may require a successful credit check.

06 Right of withdrawal

Note regarding sealed goods: According to § 312g para. 2 no. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
