How to use Phoenix Enzymreiniger correctly

Phoenix is a highly concentrated enzyme granulate developed over decades of practical experience. A small amount of concentrate yields a large quantity of ready-to-use solution – the key is proper preparation. Once prepared correctly, the enzyme's full power is unlocked.

This is how Phoenix unfolds its full effect.

  1. Activate concentrate: First, dissolve the granules completely in approx. 250 ml hot water. This step activates the enzymes and ensures a lump-free, uniform solution.
  2. Reduce to application quantity: Then fill with water to the desired amount – mixing ratio 20 g per 1 liter. The appropriate water temperature depends on the task (see below).
  3. Apply as needed: Apply the solution generously to the affected area so that it is thoroughly moistened. Use the pressure sprayer to distribute it evenly and sparingly.
  4. Allow sufficient time for the reaction to take effect: Give the enzymes time – they work from the inside out. It's better to let them work a little longer than to treat them too soon.
  5. Remove without leaving any residue: Then remove any residual moisture and loosened dirt with a cloth or vacuum cleaner.
Why hot water first? A brief activation in 250 ml of hot water completely dissolves the granules and gets the enzymes working – without clumping. You determine the actual temperature of your cleaning solution when you fill the container.

Be sure to fill with cold water. Hot water would set the egg white and make the stain permanent.

Hot

With fat

Fill with hot liquid. Heat dissolves fat much better and supports the enzymes.

No matter

Everything else

Hot or cold, whichever you prefer. Both work reliably.

Special case: cat urine

Regarding cat urine: Mix fresh and use immediately. Cat urine needs to be treated with the full enzyme power – a freshly prepared solution is most effective. Do not use leftovers from the previous day.

Tip: Only mix as much as you need. Freshly prepared solution works best. A slight odor is normal and will dissipate on its own after a short time.

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid contact with eyes; rinse thoroughly with water if contact occurs.
