Classic all-purpose cleaners work almost exclusively with Surfactants. They lower the surface tension of the water and loosen dirt so it can be wiped away. Phoenix Enzymreiniger is a granular concentrate containing the Enzymes Protease and amylase, as well as non-ionic surfactants. The enzymes cleave by hydrolysis Proteins break down into amino acids and starch into sugars. This causes the coating's structure to disintegrate, and the surfactants dissolve the exposed grease. The result: The organic cause of the stain and odor is removed, not masked.
Organic dirt is embedded in several layers. The solution penetrates and breaks down the contaminants where they are located.
Using universal cleaners and enzyme cleaners: step by step
- Pre-cleaning: Remove crumbs, dust and coarse dirt.
- Activate: Dissolve 20 g of granules completely in approximately 250 ml of hot water. This activates the enzymes and prevents lumps from forming.
- Refill: Top up to 1 liter with water. For fat, fill with hot water; for blood, it must be cold; otherwise, fill with warm or cold water.
- Application: Spray the solution generously or apply it with a cloth.
- Effects: 15 to 30 minutes for normal soiling, 4 to 8 hours under foil for dried-on dirt.
- Remove and rinse: Wipe with a clean cloth, vacuum upholstery and carpets with a wet vacuum cleaner. Rinse food-contact surfaces with clean water.
