Extractor hood grease grid, dishwasher spray arms, mixer blades, milk hoses and coffee brewing unit components completely submerged in a shallow tray with Phoenix solution. Hard rule: maximum 30 °C Water temperature — too hot will permanently denature the enzymes. For hardened, old grease carrier matrix, allow to soak for 4–8 hours, then rinse with clean water.

Biological cleaning of machines — step by step
- Mixing: 20 g of Phoenix granules per 1 liter of warm water. Hard rule: maximum 30 °C — Water that is too hot denatures the enzymes. Dissolve in a pressure sprayer or cup for 2 minutes.
- Pre-cleaning: Remove coarse dirt (crumbs, food scraps, lint) mechanically. Remove filters and sieves if possible.
- Spray on or soak in: Spray the solution into the interior of the appliance or immerse components (filters, spray arms, hoses, brewing unit) in the tray.
- Effects: 5–30 minutes for surface soiling, 4–8 hours for resinous grease filters (tub method).
- Rinse and re-lubricate: Rinse with clean water or vacuum with a wet vacuum cleaner. Relubricate moving parts according to R18 instructions.
